I will never forget the day we met for the first time, and I was completely unaware that you would mean so much to me.

After both moving to a new school in 6th grade, Alli and Ivy met by fate in a math classroom. Alli's way with words swept Ivy right off her feet at their first meeting, as the topic of earrings came up at their math class table. "If God wanted me to have earrings, He would have put the piercing holes there himself!" ...Certainly charming as ever. "Well, my mom had my ears pierced when I was a baby, so what then?" Ivy retorted. It was clear that the two would not be anything more than acquaintances throughout their early years.~Though that first impression was not the strongest, the two found their way back to each other toward the end of high school, and connected again the summer after graduation in 2019. It seemed an impossible feat, with the distance between them when Ivy moved to Texas to go to Baylor.~They spent their summers and breaks together, learning that distance, however difficult, makes the heart grow fonder. Two and a half years later, they would reunite and close the nearly 800 mile gap between them, and have been inseparable ever since.~After seven years of longing, Alli and Ivy will finally be wed on October 11, 2026.

Hi, everyone! I'm Ruby, Ivy's sister and maid of honor. I've had the privilege of growing up beside her, so I've seen firsthand how kind, strong, and loving she is. She's always been someone I look up to, and it means so much to me to stand by her side and celebrate her incredible day.

I'm Alli's older sister, and it's been so incredible to go from talking with Alli about what she wanted in her future to seeing her build a loving life with Ivy. Their love makes my heart beyond happy, and I'm so thankful I get to celebrate their special day with them!

I’ve known Ivy & Alli for a little over seven years and have grown such a special bond with them over that time. I’m engaged to Ivy’s brother, Chip, and she was welcoming from the very first moment we met—even at 13 & 17. To know Ivy & Alli is to love them, & it’s so clear that they are perfect for each other. I’m so honored to be part of their special day & celebrate this next chapter with them!

Alli and I became best friends in middle school where we became lifelong friends - bonding through One Direction, Glee, and a slew of silly sleepovers. Thirteen years later, I'm so excited to be celebrating the Murrays on their day!
